After ensuring that all the pre interview documents are collected and added on Zoho Recruit, send the interview schedule email. After sending the interview invitation email, change the status of the candidate profile to “interview to be scheduled”
Once the interview is confirmed update your Zoho Calender by sending an invite to the candidate, follow the steps below on how to send the meeting invite:
Go to Zoho Mail and click on Calender.
On the Calender, click on the agreed date and time for the interview.
Edit the event title to this format “Interview with (Candidate First Name) + (Your name)”. Schedule the interview for 30 minutes. But make sure that when you are doing back-to-back interviews on the same day that you leave at least 1 Hour interval for the next interview schedule.
Add the candidate’s email address, and select Zoho Video Meeting on the Conference field. And then click Save. This will automatically send a meeting invite to the candidate.
Once the schedule is saved and the meeting invite sent, send a follow-up email to the candidate simply stating that you have already scheduled the interview and confirm if they have received the link for the invite. Note: If they said that they have not received it yet, ask them to go their spam folder and confirm if its there. If by some chance that it is not, you can just copy the meeting link and send it to the candidate.
Once everything is set, go to Zoho Recruit and change the status to “Interview Scheduled” and update the notes on the candidate profile for the interview schedule.
